A key thing for me is to get Areola in the two Prem games. He needs to be match sharp for the final, and this game time between now and then is imperative. He doesn't need a rest like most of the others.

Well the right thing to do is play a reasonably strong team as we would expect if we were Everton or Forest or Leicester.

But means we can still rest Zouma, Rice, Paqueta and Antonio or at least not start Rice and Paqueta. Zouma and Antonio should not feature if we have any sense. These are our 4 key players and possibly Bowen who needs a rest as I thought he as poor by his standards last night.

What we tried to do at Brentford but maybe Rice or Paqueta? It’s a tough juggling act but e have to try to win it with a reasonably strong side imo

Not sure why people are leaving Rice out the side. This is likely to be his last home game for WH. There is no way he doesn't start.

Why risk injury for final? I would prefer Everton to drop so all good.

I was going to say I wouldn’t make too many changes. But then when I thought about it, Fab will be back between the sticks, Coufal maybe ready for a start, Emerson for Cresswell, Ogbonna for Zouma, rest Antonio and bring in Ings or dare I say it Mubama. I would play Rice, Bowen and Benrahma, also Paqueta if his head is okay after his scrapping.

I've noticed Moyes has brought up the lack of possession issue a couple of times of late and says that we do want to have more of it, but he doesn't know what to do to fix it, does he.

I would rest Fabianski ~ Areola can do with the extra games to get even sharper

And assess Zouma and Antonio with a view to having them play the first 45 mins

Put the strongest side out use subs at half time if we are a couple goals up

I can't see much of an argument for resting too many players. As long as they're fit they can be picked.

After Leeds we've only got the Leicester game in the two and a half weeks before the final so that shouldn't be too taxing for them.
